USS Guardian (MCM 5) welcomed Ms. Judith Fergin, United States Ambassador to Timor Leste, aboard for a tour on April 19th, 2011. Ms. Fergin was appointed Ambassador of the United States to the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste on September 16th, 2010. Her visit coincided with training and community service Guardian conducted in support of Timor Leste and its developing Navy.
